Hoodia gordonii is a succulent cactus that grows only in the Kalahari (South African desert). This plant has many relatives, but only Hoodia Gordonii has miraculous effect on weight loss and appetite. Hoodia has been studied for more that thirty years and it doesn’t have any known side-effects. Hoodia Gordonii has been used for generations by the San Bushmen in their journeys through the desert. Hoodia helps them to control both thirst and hunger, allowing to drink and eat almost nothing for hours. And for long time only San Bushmen knew of the Hoodia’s remarkable effects.
